We offer Next Day, Second Day, Three Day and Ground shipping. Simply inform us of your preferred shipping method at the time of placing your order.
If you have a preferred carrier and contracted rates, we can establish a shipping account that will bill directly to your account, eliminating unnecessary surcharges and save you money. Call our Customer Service department at 888.909.7700 for assistance.
Orders placed prior to 2 p.m. Pacific Time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Pacific Time will be shipped the next business day.
Please note: Shipping charges that appear at checkout are only an estimate. This charge is subject to change based on weight, preferred shipping method, and overnight delivery requests.
Due to the nature of products we supply and for the safety of our customers and their patients, we do not accept returns unless there was a shipping error on our part. In the event that you receive a product other than what you ordered and it is due to an error on the part of Acute Care Pharmaceuticals, please call 888.909.7700 for pre-approval and to receive a Returned Goods Authorization request. This policy only applies to written Purchase Orders mailed, faxed or e-mailed to Acute Care Pharmaceuticals. Verbal Purchase Orders do not qualify for this policy.
An approved Returned Goods Authorization form must accompany each return. A Returned Goods Authorization form must be requested, approved, completed and received prior to returning any product to Acute Care Pharmaceuticals. A Returned Goods Authorization form must be requested by calling us at 888-909-7700. Attach a copy of the completed Returned Goods Authorization to all product returned and retain a copy for your records.
Return authorization must be requested within 10 days of your receiving product. Once your request is approved, a Returned Goods Authorization form will be faxed or e-mailed to you. All returns must be received by Acute Care Pharmaceuticals within 15 days of the date on the Returned Goods Authorization form. Returns received by Acute Care Pharmaceuticals on or after 30 calendar days from the original date of your business receiving product will not be credited.
Return freight costs are the responsibility of the sender unless Acute Care Pharmaceuticals has pre-approved the shipping costs. Returns must consist of unopened case quantities. Partial case quantities cannot be accepted. You must provide documentation that proper storage conditions per the manufacturer were maintained while the product(s) were in your possession, otherwise we can not accept your return(s).
Acute Care Pharmaceuticals reserves the option of charging a 25% restocking fee on any and all product returns.
